Production Time
All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production before your order ships. Placing an order is essentially a preorder — production begins only after your order is placed, and this timeline reflects the time needed to handcraft your item.
Shipping Time
Once your order has completed production and shipped, please allow an additional 6–12 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Total Estimated Timeline
From the date of purchase to delivery, please expect:
- Up to 30 days for production
- Plus 6–12 days for shipping
Total: approximately 36–42 days from order date to arrival.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.
Delays
While we do our best to stay within these timelines, handmade production and shipping carriers can occasionally cause delays outside of our control (holidays, high order volume, weather, carrier issues). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any significant delays occur.
